I have 30 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong and mainland China.  I have extensive experience in advising listed and private corporates, international investment banks, private equity investors and sovereign funds.  I have advised on a number of listings , including mainland Chinese companies (both H share and redchip companies), Delaware and Singaporean companies, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, I have also advised these companies on its subsequent fundraising exercise and ongoing compliance matters.
