Internships

We invest heavily in the development of our talents through our carefully designed internship programme as it is the primary source of our trainees. Our interns work alongside partners and associates on active matters and are required to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This close interaction and direct exposure will enable them to have a more in-depth understanding of everyday life in our firm.

Internship programme

Our internship programme includes a structured induction, on-the-job learning including rotating through our two main departments and personal guidance from senior lawyers, as well as social events that highlight our firm’s friendly and open culture. Additionally, regular in-office seminars and training sessions are offered by our practice groups.

Assessment

Interns will be given a variety of work and will be assessed on their work product. They will also be required to give a presentation during which the content and their communication skills will be assessed.

Selection criteria

Candidates will be assessed using similar criteria as those for training contracts.
