I joined MinterEllison in 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor.  Prior to joining MinterEllison, I received my JD degree and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. I am native in Mandarin and fluent in English.

Career Highlights

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Assisted in advising a Cayman company on its sale of shares in its Hong Kong subsidiary for a consideration of approximately US$100 million, coupled with put and call options arrangement in respect of the shares under the sale and purchase and several share charges

Equity and Debt Capital Markets

• Assisted in advising a Hong Kong listed company in the issuance of convertible bonds in the aggregate principal amount of US$250 million
• Assisted in advising issuers on initial public offerings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Commercial Disputes

• Assisted in advising employers in dispute with ex-employees in relation to diversion of business opportunities
• Assisted in advising employees and employers in non-contentious employment matters
• Assisted in acting for a sub-contractor in defending a multi-million dollar claim on various construction projects involving outstanding payments
• Assisted in acting for petitioners in companies winding up proceedings

Regulatory Matters

• Assisted in advising an Independent Non-executive Director of a Hong Kong listed Sino-foreign company in disciplinary proceedings commenced by the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
• Assisted in advising and representing a SFC licensed asset management company in SFC investigations
