I focus my practice on corporate finance and commercial transactions. My experience includes advising companies, venture/growth funds and other financial institutions on corporate finance matters ranging from venture capital/private equity, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures.

I advise companies, venture/growth funds and other financial institutions on venture capital/private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. I also have extensive experience in advising issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining MinterEllison, I practiced at the Hong Kong office of another international law firm. I am admitted to practice in Hong Kong.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Advised one of the largest privately-owned international property companies headquartered in London and a global advisory firm focusing on venture capital tech deals, on their provision of a convertible loan facility to a property tech start-up which manages properties across Asia.
  • Advised an Indonesian-based operator of multiple brands in the hospitality and music events industries, on its Series A financing led by one of the largest and most active venture capital firms in Southeast Asia.
  • Advised a cryptocurrency exchange and derivative trading platform with headquarters in Seychelles, on its investment in relation to the Series A financing of a fully automated trading system for cryptocurrencies based in Turkey.
  • Advised an Indonesian-based catering solutions and cloud kitchen company, on its Series Seed financing led by two leading Indonesian-based venture capital firms.
  • Advised BOCOM International (Asia) Limited in relation to the HK$758.0 million H-share listing of Shanghai Kindly Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (1501.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Advised Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co. Ltd. (6826.HK), a biomedical materials manufacturer, in relation to its US$300.0 million H-share listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
  • Advised China Sichuan International Investment Limited on its HK$77.5 million cornerstone investment in New Hope Service Holdings Limited (3658.HK).
  • Advised Tapestry, Inc. (formerly, Coach, Inc.) on its compliance matters and the subsequent withdrawal of listing of its depositary receipts from the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
