I am an Associate at MinterEllison Hong Kong office.  I focus my practice on corporate finance and commercial transactions. I have experience in advising sponsors and issuers on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, regulatory compliances for Hong Kong listed companies and private companies and other corporate commercial matters.  Prior to joining MinterEllison Hong Kong office, I was an associate at a reputable local law firm.  Other than my Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in Hong Kong, I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London.
