I am an Associate in the Capital Markets & Corporate team at MinterEllison Hong Kong office. I joined MinterEllison as a trainee solicitor in 2017 and have completed my two-year training with the firm. My primary focus is on initial public offerings and transfer of listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange advising both issuers and sponsors, regulatory compliance and corporate governance work for both Hong Kong listed companies and private companies, and other corporate commercial matters.

Outside of my legal role, I am a member of MinterEllison’s Community Investment Committee, which regularly supports charitable causes in our community.
